01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pklak ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pklak at pklak.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

pklak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 03Deposits and Withdrawals

pklak supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. pklak does not accept payments from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's pklak balance in full. pklak does not profit from voided bets. In the case of accumulator bets where one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated without the voided selection.

pklak sets maximum bet limits for individual markets. These limits are displayed before you confirm your bet. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through multiple accounts or coordinated betting activity is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

05Bonuses and Promotions

pklak offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Where there is a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
